Training, creativity and employee satisfaction among staff of Toyota Uganda
Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the relationship between Training, Creativity and Employee Satisfaction among Staff of Toyota Uganda and was carried out during June to August. Many employees today lack creativity which has led to poor satisfaction. This is because of constant work routine which does not give room for new ideas thus discouraging creativity. The study used a correlation research design, data was collected from 56 respondents of Toyota Uganda from both female and male and SPSS was used for documents analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that Training, Creativity and Job satisfaction are significantly related. This study concluded that training provides new skills to employees which is used to create new ideas, products and processes which leads to employee satisfaction. The study identified the need for employee training by organizations to provide new knowledge and skills to improve creativity which enables employees to accomplish their tasks at work thereby become satisfied at their work.
