dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between organization compassion, altruism and individual job performance. It adopted correlational research designs in which self-administered questionnaires were used to gather data from 66 employees of Uganda Registration Services Bureau. Data was analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS). Pearson correlation test was used to examine relationships between organisational compassion, altruism and individual job performance. The correlational results showed that there is a significant relationship between organisational compassion and altruism. The findings of the study also revealed that there is a significant relationship between altruism and individual job performance. Additionally, there was also a significant relationship between organisational compassion and individual job performance. In conclusion, the results indicated that there was a positive relationship between organisational compassion, altruism and individual job performanceen_US
