dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at investigating if there is a relationship between Team work, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance among Employees of Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB). A cross-sectional survey design was adopted for this study. Convenience sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 44 respondents from a population of 50 employees both male and female. Data was collected from respondents using self-administered questionnaires and through entering fully filled questionnaires into computer software program called Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23, data was analyzed. The main findings from Pearson correlation (r) analysis revealed that there was a statistically positive significant relationship between Team work and Job Satisfaction, there is a positive significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of employees and that there is a significant relationship between Team work and Employee Performance. Thus, management should ensure educating and training employees regarding the best Team work practicesen_US
