dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Pay satisfaction, Employee engagement and Performance among workers in selected part of Uganda. An explanatory survey will be used to relate the variables of interest. A sample of 45 respondents are to be obtained using convenient sampling. Data is to be collected using a structured self-administered questionnaire basing on a likert format. The relationship among the variables is then analyzed using a correlation coefficient. The study will show that Pay satisfaction is significantly and positively related to Employee engagement and Performanceen_US
