dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out from Tender Care Kindergarten The study was to investigate whether Emotional labor, Occupational stress and Turn over intentions, the study was guided by the following objectives, to examine the relationship between emotional stress among employees, to investigate whether emotional labor and turn over intentions are significantly related among employees and to examine the relationship between occupational stress and turn over intentions among employees of Tender Care Kindergarten. An explanatory survey method was used to study Tender Care Kindergarten employees to establish a correlational study to determine if Emotional labor, occupational stress and Turn over intentions covaried and under what conditions they varied. The findings showed a positive relationship between Occupational stress since p=0.000, <0.01, at r =421**. While findings also showed a negative relationship between Occupational Stress and Turn over intentions since p=0.000, <0.01, at r = -53. Findings also showed that there is no significant relationship between Emotional Labor and Turn over intentions since p=0.000, 0.01 at r=. -230**. Basing on the findings, it was recommended that the organization should introduce new working styles that will make employees that may feel bored with their job to cope up.en_US
