The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among the employees of UMEME Najjanankumbi. The research design for the study was a correlational survey research design. Considering the standardized sampling table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970), the researcher used a sample of forty five respondents selected from the employees working with UMEME-Najjanankumbi Branch. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to select respondents to participate in the study. The study found a positive relationship between bureaucratic culture, supportive culture, procedural culture and job satisfaction. Only innovation culture had a negative relationship with job satisfaction. The findings of this study could be attributed to the fact that the employees have become a family and feel like the organization has become part of them. Such a culture enhances employee performance and productivity. In conclusion, Organizational culture had an implication on job satisfaction because it was positively and significantly related to job satisfaction. The study recommended that UMEME should ensure leadership development in the organization, encourage employee innovation, and take steps to retain employees in order to bring Job satisfaction among employees.en_US
