    Job insecurity, emotional exhaustion and turnover intention among employees at Roko Engineering Company

    Abstract
    The main purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between Job Insecurity, Emotional Exhaustion and Turnover Intention among employees at Roko Engineering Company. A correlational research design was deployed for the study and this made it possible to explore the interrelationships between variables. Sampling of this study comprised 79 respondents and included both male and female using Simple random sampling. Data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages for the first and second hypotheses and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient for the third hypotheses. As a result of this study, there was a significant positive relationship between emotional exhaustion and job turnover intention, job insecurity and turnover intentions and finally a negative relationship between job insecurity and emotional exhaustion among employees at Roko engineering company
