dc.description.abstractThe major purpose of the study was to assess the relationship between Domestic Violence, Psychological wellbeing and Employee performance among staff at White Angels Primary school, Bulenga. The objectives of the study were to find out whether Domestic violence is related to Psychological wellbeing, to find out whether Psychological wellbeing is related to Employee performance, to find out the relationship between Domestic violence and Employee performance. The population of the study was made up of 100 and the sample size of the participants was. A correlational research design was adopted to describe the relationship between variables. Data was analyzed using a Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) to establish whether the variables are correlated. The expected findings of the study showed a significant relationship between Domestic violence and Psychological wellbeing, Psychological wellbeing and Employee performance are not significantly related, and there is a significant relationship between Domestic violence and Employee performance. The findings showed that domestic violence and psychological wellbeing are negatively and insignificantly related ((r = -.013, p =.930). Furthermore the findings show that psychological wellbeing and employee performance are positively and significantly related(r = .029, p =.003). However findings show that domestic violence and employee performance are not positively and significantly related (r = .107, p =.475).en_US
