Workplace learning, mentoring and employee performance among employee of Nalufenya Children’s Hospital
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between workplace learning, mentoring and employee performance which will be conducted at Nalufenya children’s hospital as the area of the study. It will focus on the following objectives which include, To Examining the relationship between work place learning and mentoring and employee performance at Nalufenya children hospital, To examine the relationship between mentoring and employee performance among employees of Nalufenya children hospital, To find out the relationship between workplace learning and employee performance of Nalufenya children hospital and lastly the conceptual frame work . Literature review which is the chapter two shall include works of other scholars that wrote about workplace learning, mentoring and employee performance , the hypothesis of the study ,workplace learning significantly influence mentoring, mentoring significantly influence employee performance and lastly workplace learning directly influence employee performance .Different data collection methods that include interviewing, questionnaires and observation shall be used to collect data from the field with the help of data collection tools like interview guide, observation guide and questionnaire guide in order for me to get findings of the study, correctional will be the research design using the approach of qualitative research all in chapter three.
