dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between sexual harassment, psychological distress and job satisfaction among nurses. The study employed a correlational study design. A sample of 100 nurses both males and females aged between 18 and 55 years was selected. A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data and was analyzed using statistical package for social scientist (SPSS version21).Pearson correlation coefficient(r) was used to test the significance of the hypothesis. Results showed that there is no significant relationship between sexual harassment and psychological distress, psychological distress and job satisfaction as well as sexual harassment and job satisfaction among nurses.en_US
