dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at examining the relationship between the organization learning, Job satisfaction and performance among employees of Java House Africa, Kampala Uganda district. The study adopted a correlation study design with a population of 150 employees. Convenient sampling technique was used to select a sample of 108 respondents from the population. Data was collected from respondents using self-administered standard questionnaire and entered in the computer for analysis through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 23. Descriptive statistics showed that 46.3% of the respondents were male and 53.7% were female, majority were between 20-30 years (63.4%). Results from Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) further indicated that there was no significant relationship between organizational learning and job satisfaction, (r=.186, p=.054). However, there was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance (r= .643**, P= .000), as well significant positive relationship between Organizational learning and Employee performance (r = .561**, p =.000). Therefore, the present study provides a basis and implications for further investigation on the relationship between organizational learning, job satisfaction and performance. Basing on the findings, the administration of Java House Africa, should boost their organizational learning strategies as this may greatly increase performance levels of its workers.en_US
