dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between ethical leadership, employee engagement and job satisfaction among employees at The Office of The Prime Minister. The study set out different objectives which included; to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership and employee engagement, to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction and also examine the relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction, The study employed a cross sectional study design correlational in nature on the population of all employees at The Office of The Prime Minister and the sample size was 50 respondents selected using conducive sampling. Data analysis was done using statistical package for social sciences using different units of analysis. The data was summarized into frequency percentages tables for demographic data section and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient will be used to test the hypotheses. The study adopted a regression analysis as the two tailed study. Results of the study indicate that ethical leadership and employee engagement are significantly related, ethical leadership and job satisfaction are significantly related, employee engagement and job satisfaction are related. The study indicates the link between variables of ethical leadership, employee engagement and job satisfaction among employees at The Office of The Prime Minister. Recommendations to the relevant bodies and management at The Office of The Prime Minister have been stated well.
