dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to establish the relationship workplace conditions, employee job satisfaction and engagement among employees of Muga Construction Services. The study examined the following objectives; To examine the relationship between working conditions and employee job satisfaction among employees. To analyze the relationship between working conditions and engagement among employees and to establish the relationship between employee job satisfaction and engagement among employees. The study involved all employees of Muga Construction Services. A total of 98 employees at all levels were given an opportunity to engage and participate in the study. The findings in table 7 show that there is a positive significant relationship between working conditions and employee job satisfaction (p=.000<0.01 at r=.403**). From the table 8, findings show that there is a positive signification relationship between working conditions and employee engagement (p=.000<0.01 at r .453**). From table 9 findings show that there is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and employee job satisfaction (p=.000<0.01 at r .623**). Large organizations are recommended to provide a favorable working conditions with all the support systems to employees such as good supervision, clarity of roles, enough resources, adequate machines among others.m Technically advanced process firms with greater or less technological complexity where the design or mechanism for the coordination of work is intrinsic in the process itself must tolerate easy use of the machines hence being favorable to the employees which shall result into employee job satisfaction of employeesen_US
