    Abstract
    This study was designed to examine the relationship between work life balances, employee motivation and employee performance among employees at Red Cross Society. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether work life balance, employee motivation and employee performance are significantly inter-related. A correlation research designed using quantitative approach was adopted and data was collected from a sample of 70 respondents. The researcher used Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) to test hypotheses 1, 2 and 3. The finding revealed that work life balance, employee motivation and employee performance are significantly related. Basing on the findings, the researcher concluded that there is a great need to further investigate the area of employee motivation as this could have a positive influence on employee performance.
