    Abstract
    The study sought in to investigate the relationship engagement among teachers during the Co between job insecurity, mental vid 19 Pandemic in 2021. health and This study involved collection of data from 120 respondents who were all Furthermore, the study was carried out using descriptive teachers. and correlational survey design to find out the relationship among the variables. The study produced a positive correlation between job insecurity and mental health respondents also s cored highly on the scale of mental health and engagement . The and jib insecurity and engagement. Therefore, the study concluded that the levels of job insecurity among teachers during s ports. Therefore, the Covid 19 pandemic 2021 were very high in the Ministry of Education and the research recommended that the Ministry of Education and Sports should considerably boost programs for teachers like Employee Assistance Programs to help with their mental health and also engagement. This will help to boost confidence job.
