Public service motivation, employee engagement and turnover intentions among employees at Wakiso district local government, Wakiso district
Abstract
The study aimed at examining the relationship between Public Service motivation (PSM), Employee engagement and turnover intentions among employees of Wakiso District Local government. The study adopted a correlational research design; random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 60 respondents from the respondents. Data was collected from respondents using self-administered standard questionnaires and through entering fully filled questionnaires into computer software program called Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20, for data analysis.
