dc.description.abstract | The study aimed at examining the relationship between Public Service motivation (PSM), Employee engagement and turnover intentions among employees of Wakiso District Local government. The study adopted a correlational research design; random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 60 respondents from the respondents. Data was collected from respondents using self-administered standard questionnaires and through entering fully filled questionnaires into computer software program called Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20, for data analysis. | en_US |
