dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was aimed to investigate the effect of organization compassion, employee engagement on employee motivation among teachers at Grace kindergten and primary school in Nansana . The study adopted a quantitative study design which was correlation in nature with a population of 40 employees, A simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 30 respondents from the population .Data was collected from respondents using a self –administered standard questionnaire and entered in the computer forvanalysis through statistical package or social science ( SPSS) software version 23. Descriptive statistics showed that 73.3% of the respondents were female and 26.7% were male , majority were between the age bracket 18-30 years(53.3%), majority were married (60.0%) ,Results from Pearson product – moment correlation coefficient (r) further indicated that there was positive relationship between organizational compassion and employee engagement (r=.430**,p=.000),there was a significant positive relationship between organizational compassion and employee motivation ( r=.363**,p=.000) as well employee engagement and employee motivation(r=.355**,p=.000).therefore , the present provides a basis that there is a relationship between organizational compassion ,employee engagement ,employee motivation | en_US |
