Organizational Culture, Motivation and Employee Engagement amongst workers at Kapchorwa Hospital
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational cultures,
motivation and employee engagement among workers at Kapchorwa hospital. The study
intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between organizational
culture and motivation, motivation and employee engagement and finally to examine the
relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement. A correlational study
design was used in the study to establish the relationship between organizational cultures,
motivation and employee engagement among workers in Kapchorwa Hospital. The study used
a sample of 62 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was
collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for
Social Scientists.
