dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational cultures, motivation and employee engagement among workers at Kapchorwa hospital. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between organizational culture and motivation, motivation and employee engagement and finally to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between organizational cultures, motivation and employee engagement among workers in Kapchorwa Hospital. The study used a sample of 62 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists.en_US
