Work-life balance, organization support, and job satisfaction among employees.
Abstract
The study was on the worklife balance, Organizational support and job satisfaction among employees in Gulu High School, Northern Uganda. The objective was to investigate the relationship between work-life balance, organizational support and job satisfaction. A questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 respondents. The research established that there is a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and organizational support, a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction and between organizational support and job satisfaction. The study recommends that work-life balance practices should be included in the human resource policies to ensure organizational support and employee job satisfaction.
