dc.description.abstractThe study was on the worklife balance, Organizational support and job satisfaction among employees in Gulu High School, Northern Uganda. The objective was to investigate the relationship between work-life balance, organizational support and job satisfaction. A questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 respondents. The research established that there is a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and organizational support, a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction and between organizational support and job satisfaction. The study recommends that work-life balance practices should be included in the human resource policies to ensure organizational support and employee job satisfaction.en_US
